Learning and Digital Twins-based Safety Critical Control for Collaborative Robots

In this talk, he will present recent advances in digital twins with human-in-the-loop and learning-based methods for safety-critical control of robotic systems subject to physical constraints—such as input saturation, workspace limitations, and obstacle avoidance. Applications include physical human–robot collaboration (pHRI), mobile robotics, and coordinated teams of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs).
主讲人简介:
Mien Van,英国贝尔法斯特女王大学 副教授、《 IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering 》、《 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》期刊副主编。
His research focuses on robot control, human–robot interaction and collaboration, autonomous vehicles, multi-agent collaborative robotics, and machine learning/AI for robotic systems. He is also servers as an executive member of the UK RAS Network and the UK ACE EPSRC Network.
